I have been using PBCI for over 30 years. I’m pleased with their service and their service staff are great. Mike always does a great job!

I have been a customer/member of PBCI ALLEN for years bc they are just good at what they do! Everyone is very knowledgeable and at the ready to fix, explain and help a problem. Mitch is the best! He put in a full home water system recently and as complex as it was, he knew exactly what he was doing and it has been working perfectly! He just helped me change the filter as well. I highly recommend PBCI!

Joe was awesome and went beyond satisfaction working to restore the AC that was frozen solid by using a tool to melt it rather than have me wait another day in the heat for it to thaw. He also worked the find the leak using a dye colored agent. I believe it will assist them in finding it later, I think he said with a blacklight. Anyhoo, he was professional and took care of the problem. Temp was 89 degrees upstairs and in 4 hours or so back to our comfortable 73 degrees. I told him when he arrived he's like a firefighter, out saving lives!❤️ Thank you Joe for your hard work, roasting up stairs in the attic and not much relief outside to get my AC restored in 90+ degree weather. He communicated the issue throughout and cleaned up after himself as if he was never here, Wow! Highly recommend PBCI-Allen Mechanical with technicians like Joe, you can't go wrong!👍

Killian was absolutely incredible!! Not only did he arrive within 20 minutes of my weekend emergency call, but he also took the time to walk me through every step of the repair process and informed me upfront about their emergency pricing so there were no surprises. He throughly explained the best course of action, and shared preventative measures to help avoid this issue in the future. Even after leaving my home, Killian continued to follow up with me for hours after it was determined that State College Borough’s emergency services team needed to take over. That level of care and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend PCBI to anyone dealing with plumbing issues, and I will definitely be requesting Killian again for any future home needs!!

I have used this PBCI for HVAC and a few other things now with a few more future plans. Each tech and sales person has been personable, knowledgable and great to work with. The scheduling person is also great and does what they can to accommodate a quick appointment.
